Potatoes Cordon Bleu

Ingredients

  • 2 c cream
  • 1 c chicken broth
  • 1 c cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic grated
  • 3 c potatoes (thinly sliced(about 4 -5 ))
  • s & p to taste
  • red pepper flakes

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix the cream – chicken broth and garlic together in a measuring cup. Pour ½ of this mixture to the bottom of the roasting pan. Scatter half the potatoes and the cheese. Salt and pepper the dish at this stage.
2. Now pour the other half of the mixture over the potatoes and then scatter the other half of the potatoes and cheese – salt and pepper.
3. Bake in the oven at 400 for 1 hour and 10 mins.
