Vermicelli with Garlic & Herbs

Ingredients

  • 8 oz vermicelli (can use thin spaghetti)
  • 2 TBLS olive oil
  • 2 TBLS lemon juice
  • 2 TBLS fresh chopped parsley (or small amount of dried parsley
  • 2 tsp bottled minced garlic
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Cook pasta noodles according to package instructions, omit salt and oil

Drain and toss with the follow:

Mix together olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, garlic, basil, salt and pepper
