Ingredients
- 8 oz vermicelli (can use thin spaghetti)
- 2 TBLS olive oil
- 2 TBLS lemon juice
- 2 TBLS fresh chopped parsley (or small amount of dried parsley
- 2 tsp bottled minced garlic
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Cook pasta noodles according to package instructions, omit salt and oil
Drain and toss with the follow:
Mix together olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, garlic, basil, salt and pepper
