Ingredients
- 1 c. carrots
- 1 c. celery
- 2 c. water
- 2 tsp. parsley
- 1/2 c. onion
- 6 c. cubed potatoes (uncooked)
- 2 chicken bullion cubes
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Mix together all ingredients and simmer till vegetables are tender
Then mix:
3 c. milk and 4 TBSP flour
Add to pot and stir till thickened
Add 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
Add bacon if desired
