Ingredients

    egg whites

  • 1/4

    teaspoon cream of tartar

  • 1

    dash salt

  • 1/2

    cup Splenda

  • 2

    teaspoons ground cinnamon

  • 1

    teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/2

    teaspoon almond extract

Directions

In medium bowl, combine egg whites with cream of tartar and salt; beat until soft peaks form. Fold in cinnamon, vanilla and almond extracts. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets.
