Ingredients
- 2-15 1/2 oz. cans blackeye peas w/jalapeno peppers, rinsed and drained
- 1-10 oz. can diced tomatoes and green chilies
- 2 avocadoes, diced
- 1 small green bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup red onion, chopped
- 3/4 cup zesty italian dressing (I use Fat Free)
- 1 T. lime juice
- 1/4 t. salt
- Serve with corn chips
