Texas Cavier (Southern Living)

Ingredients

  • 2-15 1/2 oz. cans blackeye peas w/jalapeno peppers, rinsed and drained
  • 1-10 oz. can diced tomatoes and green chilies
  • 2 avocadoes, diced
  • 1 small green bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, chopped
  • 3/4 cup zesty italian dressing (I use Fat Free)
  • 1 T. lime juice
  • 1/4 t. salt
  • Serve with corn chips
