White Mocha Mousse

Ingredients

  • 4 1/2 oz white chocolate
  • 250 ml heavy cream
  • ground coffee beans
  • Creme de Cacoa to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Combine ground coffee beans and heavy cream and allow to stand for 6 hours. Melt chocolate over hot water. Pour heavy cream and coffee beans through a fine strainer and add Creme de Cacao. Stir all ingredients until well blended and pour into IsI whipper. Screw in cream charger, shake vigorously and chill until thoroughly cold (at least 2 hours)
