Ingredients
- 1-2 bags mixed greens
- 1-2 ripe pears
- 2 T. toasted pine nuts
- 2 T. red wine vinegar
- 2 T. honey
- 2 T. dijon mustard
- 2 scallions, chopped
- 1/2 c. veg. oil
Preparation
Step 1
For dressing, mix red wine vinegar, veg. oil, dijon mustard, honey and chopped scallions with 1 T. water. Toss with other ingredients.
Goes well with Chicken and wild rice casserole!
