- 4 eggs separated
- 1 tablespoon Just Whites egg white powder
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 tablespoon gluten flour
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons oat bran or wheat bran
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
Beat egg whites and cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
Blend remaining ingredients in the blender until smooth.
Fold blended mix into beaten egg whites gently. Cook in waffle iron sprayed with Pam.
