Easy Bacon and Cheese Quiche

Ingredients
- 1-3 oz. Bacon bits
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 4 eggs
- 5 oz shredded Swiss cheese
- 3 oz grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup half and half cream
- 1 9" frozen pie crust

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat 400 mix the bacon, onion, and both cheeses together. Put this mixture in the frozen pie crust. Mix eggs and half and half in bowl. Pour the egg mixture over cheese mixture.
Bake in oven for 15 minutes. Reduce the heat to 350 degrees and bake for an additional 25 minutes, until top of quiche begins to turn brown.
