Stuffed Spud Soup

Ingredients

  • Garnish with:
  • 2 # frozen hash browns, thawed
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onion
  • 1 (10 oz) can cream of chicken soup
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 3-4 cups milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • Parsley flakes or chopped chives for garnish
  • Sour Cream
  • Bacon Bits
  • Cheddar Cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Saute onion in butter. Add soup, milk and thawed potatoes. Stir in cheese and heat gently. Garnish and serve.
