Stove-Top Rice Pudding (Good)

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rice
  • 1/3 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 egg, beaten

Preparation

Step 1

Simmer rice and salt in 1 3/4 cups water for 15 - 20 minutes. Add milk and sugar. Simmer 15 minutes. Add beaten egg and vanilla. Cook 1 minute longer.
