Ingredients
- 3 Tbs. Butter
- 6 Medium Potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 1 1/2 Cups Heavy Cream
- 1 Cup Gruyere Cheese, grated
- 1 Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 1 Cup Chicken Stock
- 3 Tbs. Flour
- 1 tsp. Nutmeg
- Salt and Pepper to taste

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease baking dish. In a large saucepan melt butter and add flour, nutmeg, salt and pepper to make paste. Slowly pour in cream and chicken stock. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to simmer until thickened. Take off heat and stir in Gruyere until melted. Arrange potato slices in baking dish and add salt and pepper between layers. Pour sauce over potatoes so they are evenly covered. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Bake for 45-60 minutes or until potatoes are tender and the top is golden and crispy.
