Ingredients

Single Recipe:
1 cup very strong coffee
1 tbsp. gelatin powder
1/4 cup cold water
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup whipping cream

Preparation

Step 1

Dissolve gelatin in cold water. Add to hot coffee, to which sugar has been added.

Stir in pan of cold water until gelatin is partly set. Beat in cream which has been whipped.
