Ingredients

  • 6 chicken Breasts, pounded thin
  • 6 Ham Slices
  • 6 Swiss Cheese Slices
  • *roll together, secure w/toothpick, roll in flour,
  • and then whipped Egg
  • 3/4 C. Crumbs
  • 1/4 C. Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 t. Parsley
  • 1/2 t. Garlic Salt
  • 1 T. Season Salt & Lemon Pepper
  • *Roll in this mixture, then brown in fry pan
  • 1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1/2 C. Sour Cream
  • *Place chicken in 9x13 pan, pour this mixture
  • over the top
