Ingredients

  • 4 Pork Chops (1 pound)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup of sour cream
  • 1/4 cup of water
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsly
  • 4 cups thinly sliced potatoes
  • Salt & Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

In skillet brown chops. Blend soup, sour cream, water, and parsley in 2-qt casserole dish. Alternate layers of potatoes, sprinkled with salt and pepper, and sauce top with chops. Cover. Bake. At 375 F for 1 ¼ hours. 4 servings
