Chicken Roll Ups

Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 TB minced onions
  • 1 c shredded cheese
  • 2 c shredded cooked chicken
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 cans refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c crushed cornflakes

Preparation

Step 1

Mix 1st five ingredients together. Unroll crescent rolls. Pull apart leaving 2 triangles together. Spread each pair of triangles out using fingers. Place ½ c chicken mixture in center of each triangle pair. Fold crescent. Roll pair over and close by pressing fork around edges. Slightly beat 1 egg. Brush egg lightly on outside of each roll. Roll each roll in cornflakes. Place rolls on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 400 F for 20 minutes.
