Crispy Mango Pork Chops
The Mango adds a delicious sweet taste to the Pork Chops - sweet, salty, tender, juicy ... not much more needed other than a baked potato {with maybe whipped sour cream?} and a crunchy salad for a delicious dinner.

- 5 tbsps honey
- 3 mango (peeled and cubed)
- 1/2 cup orange juice (divided)
- 2 tbsps olive oil ? Tasty tip
- 2 tbsps butter ? Tasty tip
- 6 pork chops
- black pepper
- salt

Preparation
Step 1
DIRECTIONS:
1.) Heat the Honey in a pan over medium heat - add the Mangoes - stir-fry 1 minute - add half of the Orange Juice and let simmer until the Mangoes are only just tender - remove from pan and set aside.
2.) Add the Oil and Butter to the same pan - season Pork Chops, both sides, cook until done, turning over frequently - transfer to serving plates.
3.) Return the Mangoes to the pan - add the remaining Orange Juice - simmer 2 minutes to deglaze the pan.
