Ingredients
- Roast at 400F for 45 min
- 2 red pepper
- 1 eggplant
- 1 red onion
- 2 coves garlic
- 3 T olive oil
- 1 1/2 t salt
- 1/2 t black pepper
- Put everything in the food processor and add 1 T tomato paste.
