Ingredients
- 2 CANS CHICKEN
- 1/4 CUP MAYONNAISE
- 1/4 CUP GREEK YOGURT
- 1 TABLESPOON CURRY POWDER
- 1 TABLESPOON CLOVER HONEY
- 2 STALKS CELERY CHOPPED
- 1 GALA APPLE, CORED CHOPPED
- 1/2 CUP TRAIL MIX CHOPPED
- GRAPES AND STRAWBERRIES FOR GARNISH
Preparation
Step 1
MIX MAYONNAISE, YOGURT, CURRY POWDER AND HONEY. FOLD IN CHICKEN, CELERY, APPLE AND NUT MIX. CHILL 30 MINUTES OR OVERNIGHT TO ALLOW FLAVORS TO BLEND. GARNISH WITH FRUIT AND SERVE.
