CURRIED CHICKEN SALAD

Ingredients

  • 2 CANS CHICKEN
  • 1/4 CUP MAYONNAISE
  • 1/4 CUP GREEK YOGURT
  • 1 TABLESPOON CURRY POWDER
  • 1 TABLESPOON CLOVER HONEY
  • 2 STALKS CELERY CHOPPED
  • 1 GALA APPLE, CORED CHOPPED
  • 1/2 CUP TRAIL MIX CHOPPED
  • GRAPES AND STRAWBERRIES FOR GARNISH

Preparation

Step 1

MIX MAYONNAISE, YOGURT, CURRY POWDER AND HONEY. FOLD IN CHICKEN, CELERY, APPLE AND NUT MIX. CHILL 30 MINUTES OR OVERNIGHT TO ALLOW FLAVORS TO BLEND. GARNISH WITH FRUIT AND SERVE.
