Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. ground cumin
- 2 tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tbsp. ground coriander
- 1 tbsp. kosher salt
- 2 tsp. freshly ground pepper
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all of the ingredients in a small bowl. Sprinkle and rub the mixture on both sides of steaks just before grilling. Watch the meat while grilling: The spice rub should darken, but you don't want it to burn.
