Corn Casserole

Uses jiffy corn bread

Ingredients

  • 2 cans cream style corn
  • 1 small box jiffy corn bread
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Mix ingredients, reserving half of the cheese to sprinkle over the top. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour until brown and done all the way through.
