Texas Roadhouse Rolls

Ingredients

• 2 1/4 tsp yeast (one pkg)
• 1/1 /4 c milk
• 1/4 c honey
• 4 T melted butter
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp kosher salt
• 4 c flour

Preparation

Step 1

Scald milk bu boiling and cool
Add yeast, honey and milk and let sit for 5 minutes
Put yeast mix and 3 T melted butter, egg and 2 c flour into lg mixer bowl with bread hook.Mix with hook until smooth
Keep adding flour until smooth and not too sticky. Knead by hand for a bit.
Cover and let rise 1 hour
Spray cookie sheets
Roll dough into a 12" rectangle
Cut into 24 squares or 2" pieces
'Cover and let rise for 40 minutes
Bake 12-15 minutes and brush with butter
