Oatmeal Scotchies

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinammon
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 cups oatmeal
  • 2 cups (12 oz) butterscoth morsels

Preparation

Step 1

Combine flour, baking soda, salt and cinammon in small bowl. Beat sugars, butter, eggs and vanilla in large bowl. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in oats and morsels.

Bake at 375 degrees for 7 - 8 minutes.
