    lbs. peeled potatoes

  • 1 1/2

    cup sour cream

  • 4

    tbsp. butter

  • 1 1/2

    tsp. salt

  • 1/4

    tsp. pepper

  • Topping:

  • 1

    tbsp. butter melted

  • 1/4

    cup breadcrumbs

Directions

1. Cook potatoes and drain 2. Mix all ingredients until blended then blend on high until fluffy. 3. Butter a 2 quart casserole, our into dish, cover and refrigerate. 4. Bake on high at 325 for 35 minutes to 1 hour. 5. Toss breadcrumbs and melted butter, add to top and cool uncovered.
