Ingredients
- Topping:
- 3 lbs. peeled potatoes
- 1 1/2 cup sour cream
- 4 tbsp. butter
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 tbsp. butter melted
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs

Preparation
Step 1
1. Cook potatoes and drain
2. Mix all ingredients until blended then blend on high until fluffy.
3. Butter a 2 quart casserole, our into dish, cover and refrigerate.
4. Bake on high at 325 for 35 minutes to 1 hour.
5. Toss breadcrumbs and melted butter, add to top and cool uncovered.
