Saucy Cilantro-Lime Sauce

By

This sauce is so delicious I keep coming up with new ways to use it just so I can enjoy it again and again. I use it as a marinade & sauce for fish, salad dressing, fish tacos, lettuce cup tacos – it’s even divine as an artichoke dressing! With it’s citrus punch, mellowed by the fresh fragrant cilantro and a hint of garlic, this sauce is so flavorful and festive it’s like a party in your mouth! …and as always, it’s good for you too ;)
