Cucumbers and Sour Cream

Ingredients

• 2 large cucumbers
• 1/2 C sour cream
• 1/4 C mayonnaise
• 2 T lemon juice
• 1 tsp sugar
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp pepper
• 1 medium red onion thinly sliced

Preparation

Step 1

Cut cukes lengthwise and remove weeds. Cut into slices and toss with sauce
Chill for 2 hours
