SOUPER MEATLOAF

  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
  • 1 pouch Campbell’s onion soup and recipe mix
  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/4 cup water

Preparation

Step 1

Mix thoroughly mushroom soup, onion soup mix, beef, crumbs and egg. In 2 quart oblong baking dish, firmly shape into 8 x 4” loaf.

Bake at 350 degrees 1 ¼ hours or until done.
