Ingredients

• 1 cup sour cream
• 2 teaspoons sugar
• 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
• 1/4 cup dijon mustard
• 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper (optional)
• Salt & pepper
• steamed asparagus

Preparation

Step 1

In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well.

Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle over chilled steamed asparagus.
