Ingredients

1-2 ln chicken breast
1 jar of Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce
1 medium onion, sliced
buns

Preparation

Step 1

Place chicken in crockpot and cover with onion slice
Pour BBQ sauce over just enough to cover
Cook Lo for 8 hours

Or leave breast whole and have BBQ chicken breasts
