Ingredients
- 16-8 oz cans tomato sauce
- 2 1/2 cans tomato paste
- 4 onions, chopped
- 1 head of garlic, chopped
- 4 tsp basil
- 4 tsp oregano
- 4 tsp italian seasoning
- 4 tsp salt
- 8 bay leaves
- 3-28 oz cans of crushed tomatoes
- 1/2 can of parmesan/romano cheese
- saved fat from batch of meatballs
Preparation
Step 1
Saute onions, garlic, and spices in the fat you saved from your meatballs.
Then add all tomato products.
Simmer for 30 min then add cheese, simmer for 30 more min.
