Spicy Maple Chicken Wings

Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 1/2 cup tomato puree (such as Pomi)
- 1/4 cup Atkins Sugar Free Pancake Syrup
- 1 tablespoon Oven Fried Chicken Seasoning
- 2 garlic cloves pressed
- 1/4 teaspoon hot sauce - (to 1/2) or to taste
- 1 teaspoon salt

Step 1
Snip off and discard chicken wing tips; separate wings at joint. In a large saucepot, bring tomato puree, syrup, chicken seasoning, garlic, hot sauce and salt to a boil.
Add wings to pot, cover and simmer 5 minutes. Uncover and cook 20 minutes more until wings are cooked through and liquid reduces enough to form a glaze.
Heat broiler; arrange wings on broiler pan. Broil 2 to 3 minutes, until crisp.
