Ingredients

• 1/3 c sifted flour
• 1/8 tsp. salt
• 2 eggs separated
• 1/2 c sifted powdered sugar
• 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

. Sift flour/salt

. Beat egg yolks and sugar and sugar until thick and lemon yellow in color

. Fold in dry ingredients

. Beat egg whites to stiff peaks and fold into the batter with the vanilla

. Pipe onto a parchment line baking sheet and bake for 15-18 minutes at 325 degrees
