Salsa Reuben Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup thick chunky salsa
  • 4 oz cooked corned beef, chopped
  • 3 oz shredded swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup souerkraut
  • 1/2 clove garlic, minced

Preparation

Step 1

Combine cream cheese, sour cream and salsa. Add remainder of ingredients until bleneded.

Heat at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.

Store in refrigerator; can reheat in microwave.

Serve with tortilla chips, rye crackers, or mini party bread ryes.
