Ingredients
- 9 ounces chocolate wafer cookies, crushed
- 1/2 pound chopped pecans
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 1/3 cup bourbon
- chocolate sprinkles
Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix wafers-sugar. Add corn syrup and bourbon.
2. Shape into 3/4" balls. Roll in sprinkles. Store in fridge.
