Baked Chicken Nuggets with PotatoFlakes

Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless chicken breasts cut into small pieces
  • 1/3 c milk
  • 1 tsp garlic salt\1/8 tsp pepper
  • 3/4 c crushed corn flakes or potato flakes
  • !/4 c parmesan cheese

Details

Preparation

Step 1

Mix potato flakes or corn flakes with cheese.
Dip chicken pieces in milk and roll in crumbs ( you can freeze them at this point)
Place nuggets on baking sheet lined with foil and bake 375 for 15 minutes fLipping once. DO NOT OVERBAKE

sERVE WITH MUSTARD SAUCE
