- 3 ozs. unsweetened chocolate
- 2 c sugar
- 2/3 c milk
- 1/3 c butter
- 4 tsp. corn syrup
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract

Step 1
. Cook together the sugar, corn syrup, chocolate and the milk, stir constantly until temperature reaches 232 degrees
. Add the vanilla and butter off the heat
. cool the mixture to luke warm
. beat until creamy
