Ingredients
- 2 jalapeños, seeded and chopped fine
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 oz hot sauce (tobasco)
- 4 Cups grated white cheddar
- pimentos to taste, chopped fine (probably 1/2 cup or so)
- roasted sweet piquillo peppers in the can (chopped fine)
- 3/4 cup mayo
Preparation
Step 1
Put all ingredients in kitchen aid mixer. Mix until blended well.
Adjust seasonings to taste
