- 2 C flour
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 sticks of butter diced
- 1/2 c buttermilk
- 1 egg
- 1 c grated cheese
- 1 tb b. powder

Step 1
2 c flour in bowl with b. powder and salt. add butter mix until size of pea. combine buttermilk & egg in measuring cup beat with fork. quickly add buttermilk into flour mixture only until moistened, mix cheese with little flour add to mixture. knead lightly on floured board about 6 times. roll out dough into rectangle . cut the dough into squares. brush top with egg and salt 20 25 min 425o
