Ingredients
- 5 Boneless, skinless Chicken Breasts
- 1 (8oz.) can Crushed Pineapple
- 1 (16 oz.) bottle Barbecue Sauce
- 4-6 C. Rice, cooked
Preparation
Step 1
Place meat in a greased 3-5 qt. slow cooker. Combine pineapple & barbecue sauce and pour over meat. Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours, or low 6-8 hours.
Serve over rice
