Ingredients
- Baked potato shredded
- Salmon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Herbs of choice
Preparation
Step 1
1. Grate your baked potato – add the salt and pepper and herbs of your desire.
2. Place the salmon on a baking sheet and spread the shredded potato on the top of the salmon. Place in the oven at 350 for 20 – 25 mins. Serve with tartar sauce.
