Ingredients
- 2 pound pork tenderloin
- 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 2-3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons minced onions
- 1 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Step 1
Mix all ingredients together. Place tenderloin in the slow-cooker and pour sauce over it. Cook on low for 6 hours.
