George's Meatloaf

By FAR the most moist meatloaf I have ever had.

Ingredients

• 2 cloves garlic minced
• 1 lb. ground beef
• 20 oz ground turkey
• 1/2 cup plain yogurt
• 1 egg
• 2 tbsp dijon mustard
• 2 tsp Worcestershire
• 1 tsp each salt & pepper
• 1 tsp thyme
• 1/2 cup bread crumbs (or more)
• couple shakes of dry parsley
• 2 - 3 strips of bacon

Preparation

Step 1

Mix well.
Sit at room temp for 45 mins.
Put the loaf in a 13 X 9 loaf pan, put 2-3 strips of bacon on top.
Bake 1 hr at 350.
Drain grease from the meat, bake for 10-15 mins more.
