Hazelnut Pizzelles

Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 C Flour
  • 2 oz (1/2 C) Hazelnuts, fine ground & roasted
  • 2 t Baking powder
  • 3 Eggs
  • 3/4 C Sugar
  • 1/2 C Butter, melted
  • 1 T Frangelico
  • 2 t Hazelnut extract

Preparation

Step 1

Combine flour, nuts & baking powder. Beat eggs & sugar, add butter & extract. Add flour mixture until just combined (do not overmix). Bake until slightly brown
