Ingredients
- 1 c of semisweet chocolate
- 1/2 c unsweetened chocolate
- 1 1/4 c sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 tsp. rum extract
- pinch of salt

. Over a double boiler melt the chocolate and cool quickly over cold water
