CHOCOLATE BUTTERCREAM

Ingredients

  • 1 c of semisweet chocolate
  • 1/2 c unsweetened chocolate
  • 1 1/4 c sugar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 tsp. rum extract
  • pinch of salt

Step 1

. Over a double boiler melt the chocolate and cool quickly over cold water

. cream the butter and add the sugar gradually, add the eggs one at a time, rum, salt and the chocolate, beat until fluffy and spreadable
