Ingredients
- 5 Frozen boneless, skinless Chicken Breasts
- 1 C. Brown Sugar
- 1 (20 oz.) can Pineapple Tidbits w/ juice
- 1 C. Soy Sauce
- 1/4 t. Garlic, minced
- Hot Cooked Rice
Preparation
Step 1
Place chicken in greased 3-5 quart slow cooker. Mix the remaining ingredients, except the rice, and pour over the chicken.
Cover and cook on low heat 4-6 hours.
Shred the chicken & serve with sauce over rice.
