Pepperoni & Cheese Stromboli

These are a great alternative to pizza on a Friday/Saturday night.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans Pillsbury Pizza Dough (Thin Crust)
  • 8 oz. package of Provolone cheese slices
  • Italian Seasoning
  • 8 oz shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • Hormel “Turkey” Pepperoni Slices (less greasy and 70% less fat then regular pepperoni and tastes just as good!)
  • 1 Can of Pizza Sauce

Preparation

Step 1

• Preheat Oven to 400 degrees.
• Roll out 1st can of dough. Lay half of Provolone slices of dough (about 2” inches from edges.
• Sprinkle with Italian Seasoning.
• Top with half of Pepperoni slices and half of shredded mozzarella cheese
• Roll up dough into tight 'jelly roll'.
• Repeat with second dough.
• Bake in oven for 10–12 minutes or until dough is browned.
• Slice stromboli into 1” slices and serve with pizza sauce.
