Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh asparagus, washed and trimmed
- 2-3 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 475 degrees F.
2. In a roasting pan, toss the asparagus with the olive oil and vinegar until coated. Spread asparagus out in a single layer, if possible. Roast asparagus for 10 min until tender. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer to serving dish.
