Ingredients

    cup mayonnaise

    cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese

    cup cooked/canned artichoke hearts chopped, drained

Directions

Mix all ingredients well and place in casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees until bubbly. Serve with pork rinds for dipping. This recipe yields 16 servings; 7 carb grams per serving.
