Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 cup ice cold water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 bunch scallions, halved and cut on the bias into 2-inch batons. plus more for garnish
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, such as grapeseed oil
Preparation

In a bowl, whisk together the flour, egg, water, salt, sugar, soy sauce and scallions until just combined. Let rest in the refrigerator for at least 10 minutes or overnight.
