Parmesan-Crusted Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • 1 T olive oil
  • 1 1/2 t course salt
  • 1 t pepper
  • 1/3 c panko (bread crumbs)
  • 1/3 c parmesan cheese, freshly grated

Preparation

Step 1

Brush pork with oil, and season with salt and pepper.
Let stand 15-30 minutes.
Mix panko and parmesan in a small bowl.
Prepare grill to med-high heat. Place chops on grill and close lid. Grill for 4 minutes. Turn chops and sprinkle panko mixture on top. Continue grilling for 4-5 minutes or until topping is lightly browned and chops are cooked through.
